A:  First, I would ask myself what a friend do?  A friend would discuss it with her first since there might be an explanation that you don’t understand.

Why blow up somebody’s world until you know exactly what is going on?

If you do find out she is screwing around, tell her you won’t be hanging out anymore because you don’t associate with immoral people.
